Toronto, Ontario CANADA, December 10, 2007 - Mint Technology Corp. (the "Company") (TSX: MIT-V) announced today that Mr. Frank Jasek has resigned from its Board of Directors.
The Board would like to thank Mr. Jasek for his long standing tenure with Mint, and wish him the very best in the future.
The Company will look to replace Mr. Jasek in the coming months.
