Mint Technology Corp. Announces New President and CEO
Toronto, Ontario - July 22, 2008 - Mint Technology Corp. (TSX-V: MIT) is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris R Hogg as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective August 15, 2008. Frank Maduri will be stepping aside from his present role as CEO and following a further review will be offered a continuing role with Mint to be announced in 4 weeks time. Mr. Maduri remains a Director of the Company.
Mr. Hogg is the principal of Glocap Management Inc, a US based Venture Capital Investment Company. Glocap is a substantial shareholder of Mint and Mr. Hogg is the present Chairman of the Company bringing 30 years of consumer financial services experience.
A new Chairman will be appointed at a board meeting to be held in August.

We have achieved some important steps in recapitalizing the business, are in the process of closing a further capital raise and will now focus on containing our expenses and adding new revenues from a number of new relationships our group has brought to Mint" said Mr. Hogg.
